Storm King Contracting's full range of construction services enables us to handle
all types of commercial projects from initial concept to final completion. Our pre-construction services include feasibility studies, site selection, permit processing,
value engineering, and design team coordination. In terms of construction management, we focus on cost control, on-site supervision, subcontractor administration, field engineering, quality control, administration and project safety.
Our team approach enables us to work closely with clients, design professionals, legal and financial consultants, building users to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
We track all projects with our Critical Path scheduling software – a project “road map”
that graphically plots all activities in sequence to eliminate planning conflicts. Ultimately we aim to complete jobs without unnecessary delays or cost overruns.
